Like-new, out-of-box and scratch & dent units make up our floor, from refrigerators to microwaves.
- 3
It is examined and tested
Every single item is carefully examined, fully tested and priced by our team for its value.
- 4
It is priced to sell
Prices are set, already discounted up to 60% from retail — no haggling needed — with CPS warranty options.
Why buy open box
What you gain
The machine works the same as the one in the sealed box. What changed is the price.
- Like-new and out-of-box, up to 60% below retail
- Fully tested before it reaches the floor
- CPS warranty coverage options from 1 to 4 years
- See the exact unit on the floor before you pay — take it home the same day, or have it delivered and installed

What to check
Before you drive over
Open box and scratch & dent are a good deal precisely because they are not for everyone. A few things are worth checking first.
- A scratch and dent unit has a cosmetic mark — that is why the price is lower, and it is not a defect. Look at the unit on the floor before you buy
- Pricing is non-negotiable: prices are set, and already discounted
- Measure your space, and check whether you need gas or electric, before you choose
- Inventory and models change quickly — call (951) 319-6311 to check a model is still available
