Why are your prices lower than other stores?
We offer discounted appliances due to dents and scratches, and like-new, out-of-box units. Every single item is carefully examined and priced by our team for its value — already discounted up to 60% from the retail price.
Can I negotiate the price?
Pricing is non-negotiable. Prices are set, already discounted from the retail price.
What condition are the appliances in?
Like-new and out-of-box, or discounted for a dent or a scratch. Every appliance is fully tested before it reaches the floor. A scratch and dent unit has some cosmetic mark — that is why the price is lower — so look at the unit before you buy.
What do you carry?
Washers, dryers, refrigerators, stackable washers and dryers, ovens and ranges, dishwashers, microwaves and more, from LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Frigidaire and others.
Do your appliances come with a warranty?
Ask about CPS warranty coverage on your purchase, with plans from 1 to 4 years. CPS covers malfunctions and breakdowns not caused by physical damage or misuse, with parts and labor on covered repairs. File a claim at cpscentral.com or on 1-800-905-0443.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — no credit needed. Lease-to-own financing is available through Snap Finance, with approvals up to $5,000, and through Acima.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes. Ask our team about delivery and installation for your purchase. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday 10am–5pm, and Sunday 8am–noon.
Can I take it home today?
Yes — same-day pickup is available on in-stock appliances, and curbside pickup at the store.
Do you have package deals?
Yes. Buying a washer and dryer, or a refrigerator and a dishwasher? Ask about a package deal in the showroom.
What are your hours?
The showroom is open every day, 10am–7pm, at 39605 Los Alamos Rd, Unit C, Murrieta, CA 92563, in the Murrieta Gateway Center.
